With her combined background in direct care and healthcare operations, Brianne is committed to aligning processes with the real needs of families, creating a dependable foundation for compassionate, effective services in the community.

Co-Founder & Marketing Director
As Co-Founder and Marketing Director of Clearway Autism Services, Del leads the organization's marketing, communications, and community outreach initiatives. With over two decades of experience in digital marketing, he is the primary author of Clearway's website content, drawing on his digital marketing expertise and deep understanding of autism services to create resources that help Western North Carolina families navigate their care options. Del ensures all content reflects Clearway's commitment to family-centered care, excellence in service, and local community partnership.
Seph Bartholomew
Co-Founder & Clinical Director
As Co-Founder & Clinical Director of Clearway Autism Services, Seph leads the organization’s clinical vision and ensures every child’s treatment plan is rooted in best practice, compassion, and measurable outcomes. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2007, Seph has over two decades of experience building teams, mentoring clinicians, and designing systems that expand access to high-quality care. His leadership has spanned schools, multi-state ABA organizations, and community-based programs, always with a focus on outcomes that matter to families. Seph is committed to walking alongside families with care and expertise, helping children gain meaningful skills and greater independence.
